At the completion of this step we have in place the structure of a lean enterprise. All employees have had exposure to Lean principles, techniques and different degrees of exposure and participation in Lean implementation via kaizen events or one-on-one coaching.

Process.

LEAP trainers and coaches meet weekly with in-house trainers/facilitators plus bi-monthly for three of five-day kaizen events.
