• Take team through first Kaizen event, from inception to implementation to completion and measurement
• Train team members
• Inspire each participant to bring the benefits of Lean to their work and to company results
• Coach each person on using Lean techniques themselves, and on spreading passion for Lean with co-workers.

 Process.

 LEAP meets five days with the team. Provides presentation materials, hands-on training, coaching and the appropriate tools needed for a successful outcome. This kaizen event requires a five-day commitment of attendees from your organization.
